What in the World is a Blog? .........Web + Log

Blog=Teachers use blogs as classroom portals and a way to communicate with parents, students, and the community.
Adapted From Blogger:

"A blog is a personal diary. A collaborative space. An online interactive Classroom. A showpiece for your school or your program. An ongoing electronic NEWSLETTER with pics and links that's easy to update and allows public/student comment. A collection of links. Memos to the world."

In simple terms, a blog is a web site, where you write stuff on an ongoing basis. New stuff shows up at the top, so your visitors can read what's new. Then they comment on it or link to it or email you. Or not.
